Vladimir Janić is a visual artist born in Subotica, Serbia in 1998. Since July, 2019. Vladimir is the Chief Creative Officer at NGO Kulturni Automat + and worked on video and photography projects with Center for the Promotion of Science, Balkan Projects, Vojvodina Symphony Orchestra, the Museum of Vojvodina, U10 Art Space, etc. In 2021. he graduated from Academy of Arts in Novi Sad and received The Annual Award of the Department of Fine Arts for the study program New Media Art. Vladimir received Dositeja Scholarship for Young Talents for Bachelor studies (2021), as well as Master studies (2022). In October, 2022 he obtained a Master’s degree from Academy of Arts Novi Sad. In January, 2023. Vladimir's photographic work is featured in Parisian Fisheye Magazine. His main visual and conceptual occupation lies in the relation between the shown and not shown as well as in obstructions and freedom - this can be put under the same concept of control and lose of the same. Vladimir is currently on his doctoral studies at the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad.
